Nay! you rather thought that the Messenger and the believers would not return to their families ever, and that was made fairseeming to your hearts and you thought an evil thought and you were a people doomed to perish. بلکہ تم تو یہ سمجھے ہوئے تھے کہ رسول اور مسلمان ہرگز گھروں کو واپس نہ آئیں گے (ف۲۴) اور اسی کو اپنے دلوں میں بھلا سمجھیں ہوئے تھے اور تم نے برا گمان کیا (ف۲۵) اور تم ہلاک ہونے والے لوگ تھے (ف۲۶)
